Summer Series: Spirit, Stroll & Connection
Second Mondays | June–August | 6:00 PM
Come celebrate the beauty of our Tacoma community this summer! Led by Rev. Meghan, we’ll gather once a month for a relaxed evening of casual dining, easy walking, spiritual conversation, and joyful connection.
Each gathering will begin at a simple, easygoing dining location at 6:00 PM, followed by a walk through one of Tacoma’s scenic areas. Walks will be along well-traveled paths with up to 2 miles of easy terrain.

🌟 Dates: 2nd Mondays – June 9, July 14, August 11
🌟 Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, sunscreen, and your open spirit!
🌟 Dining: Each participant covers their own meal cost.

June 9 – Meet at Ruston Way Market Public Parking; dine at the Fish Shack kiosk by WildFin American Grill, then stroll the waterfront.
July 14 – Meet at Chinese Reconciliation Park; dine at Fish Market, then enjoy a peaceful walk through the gardens.

Time: Lunch following morning service | Healing Circle to begin at 12pm
You are warmly invited to join us for a sacred time of healing, forgiveness, and renewal.
Members of Unity of South Sound, Unity of Tacoma, and our greater community are coming together to release anger, fear, and the stories that no longer serve us—whether personal, collective, or global. In this powerful space, we open the door to healing our hearts, our communities, and humanity as a whole.
Facilitated by Rev. Meghan, our Healing & Forgiveness Circle will offer:
Inspiring live music to open the heart
A Water Release Ritual to symbolically let go of pain and fear
A Buddhist Water Hand Blessing Ceremony to invite harmony, renewal, and joyful connection
Together, we will create a positive vibrational flow to support abundance, love, and forward movement.
Lunch Details:
A light lunch will be provided following our morning service and before the Healing Circle begins. A suggested donation will be gratefully accepted to help cover food expenses.

The Unity of South Sound Annual Women’s Retreat is happening May 2–4, 2025, at the beautiful Gwinwood Retreat Center in Lacey, WA. This is your time to relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate with an incredible community of women.

Activities: Singing, dancing, creating, sharing, laughter, fire pit gatherings, labyrinth walks, and pure fun!

Meghan, this special ritual honors the deep commitment, spiritual practice, and loving presence of each Prayer Chaplain as they step into their sacred role of holding space for our community.
During this ceremony, each Prayer Chaplain will receive a certificate, a rose, and a candle, symbolizing their spiritual enfoldment and dedication to sacred service. We will then join together in a collective blessing, affirming their journey and surrounding them with our love and support.
